Stage 14: Micro-currrent, percussor, Arm Ergometre, Far Infrared Therapy, Active contraction of the toes and bending of the knee (Passive and Active mobilization) in a walking position. Walking / Run on Grass / Deep Water (Tempo), General upper body conditioning, EMS (2sec On 2 sec Off Intensity 2-3/10 & 10sec On 50 sec off x 10 reps Intensity 5-8/10 back, hams, calf, feet, quads, abs, shoulders, glutes, shins)

Stage 15: Micro-currrent, percussor, Arm Ergometre, Far Infrared Therapy, Active contraction of the toes and bending of the knee (Passive and Active mobilization) in a walking position. Walking / Jog on Rubberized Track  / Deep Water (Tempo), General upper body conditioning

Stage 16: Return to grappling, Specific Conditioning, Micro-current, percussor, Far Infrared Therapy

Once Stage 13 -14 has been reached bag work can be done, using a soft bag.

Total Rehab time: 6  to 8 weeks. This is based upon the rehab time for NFL player Terrell Owens, who sustained a similar type of injury to the ankle, prior to the Super Bowl.
