WHAT DOES ISBW FEEL LIKE?
Due to some of the work being very direct, some of our clients have mentioned that it was intense, whilst others welcome the gentler aspects of the work.
The hands are continually “listening” along with the eyes; to make sure the work is proceeding at “just the right depth”, for the tissues to release in a gentle fashion. Creating more tension, in the area that is being address, against the pressure being applied, is not the intent of ISBW.
The client is always in charge of the pace of the work and the level of intensity
The work is highly co-operative, with the client assisting in the release of the soft tissue.
