Lower Body Exercises

Strong legs generate leg drive, that will in turn, assist in greater ground contact force. The key lies on the development of the Hip & Lower Limb.

Upper Body Exercises

EAP does not waste time with in-effective upper-body weight training exercises. EAP will target both large and small muscles to build foundational strength where you need it most.

Core Stabilization Exercises

Agility Exercises

To develop multi-directional speed, EAP believes, you must first develop Maximum Linear Velocity, as well as a high degree of strength in stabilization muscles. Quick feet & co-ordination are largely due to neuromuscular adaptations, relating to Right & Left Brain Activity & Sensory Proprioception. On-Field Quickness is therefore a combination of the two, with perhaps one more dominant than the other, depending upon the athlete’s make-up.

Cardiovascular Exercises

Tempo training (i.e. repeated short burst of running, done at less than 70% of maximum velocity), either straight runs or in a combined circuit, or even in a swimming pool, are effective means of developing a good aerobic foundation, without negatively impacting Speed.

Dynamic Warm-Up

Achieve a higher level of performance on the field & gym, while preventing injuries. EAP will present to you a se of challenging exercises, that will stretch, flex, loosen muscles and joints, to bring about optimum performance.

Hormones play an important role in adapting to any exercise program. We take advantage of the body’s natural responses to training by tapering our athletes correctly. By structuring and monitoring the tapering strategy we take full advantage of the changes in the body’s testosterone to cortisol ratios… allowing our athlete’s to perform to optimal levels on game day!
